I'd wear the yellow one with dark skinny jeans and flats and a red umbrella. I'd leave the beige one in my grandmother's closet. :)
They are both so cute, I can see why that's such a hard decision.
I would go by what color do you feel is missing from your wardrobe and what color would get the most wear-time.
