When the first cold front of the season blows in, I plan on taking a cue from stylist and editor Giovanna Battaglia and keeping some of my light summer clothes in rotation. Giovanna nails transitional dressing by cold-proofing her strappy sandals and bright print pants with sleek black socks. I'd try this look with bright pants like this Tibi pair or these by Diane Von Furstenberg or Topshop.
