Celine's Phoebe Philo may be officially responsible for the neck scarf's comeback, but I'm really admiring how women in and around town are wearing this old-school accessory in a cool, modern, not-just-for-the-runway way. It seems the winning formula is anchored in a graphic bold print scarf set against a clean, minimalist outfit. These scarves from McQ Alexander McQueen (on sale!), Missoni and Theodora & Callum would pull off the trick perfectly.
