Stella McCartney's Resort 2016 collection, presented yesterday in New York, amounts to a strong (and persuasive!) indicator that hemlines are trending longer. Not only were the models, above, showcasing striking floor-grazing statements, but so were (prescient) street style stars, like Miroslava Duma, below, in a current season Stella (on sale here). Designers including Proenza Schouler, The Row and Victoria Bekham also concentrated on below-the-knee hemlines in their resort collections. With all signs pointing to the long dress, I rounded up my favorite currents.
