Looks like shoulder-baring tops and dresses are having their day in the European sun, from Paris to Tuscany (last pic below). Lauren Santo Domingo's blouse, above, is by Johanna Ortiz. Clearly, this means we need a few of our own in which to frolick! So, I turned up these lovelies by Nicholas, KUT, Tibi, The Reformation (or this one, which I have!), Caroline Costas, Topshop, H&M, and Diane Von Furstenberg.
