What I love about this brand new, luxe-looking, fur-soft J.Crew jacket is that (a) it's actually a fleece jacket but a million times chicer than any fleece jacket I own and (b) it can be taken in loads of fabulous, fashiony directions. For example: right now it can be paired with a casual top and jeans and, come deep winter, zipped up and worn under a wool coat. For me, it will go from the soccer field sidelines (where you can find me cheering on my kids every Saturday this fall!) to vacation apres ski.

(sigh) As usual, I love both the colors and can't decide which one to pick! So, Marlien, will you please help me out and choose for me...olive or navy??
I'm so glad you gave this your seal of approval! I put it in my shopping bag because, well, it just looks so cute and cozy- though slightly fearful that it may be actually dowdy. As soon as I saw your post, though, I ordered it - now that you've featured it, it's bound to sell out! THank you!
one more thing, I ordered the small (usually a size 4). I hope this isn't an instance when I should have sized up?
I am also getting ready to pull the trigger on this one...
But wondering about sizing...usually a 6 but I am broad and big shouldered. So the medium? And I think the brown is the way to go!!
I think both colors are fantastic, but the olive appeals to me a little bit more because the hue is slightly unexpected. Since it has a slightly oversize fit, I went true to size.
