cropped and cool

I love the cool and cozy look of a cropped sweater layered over a blouse, but it can be tricky to pull off (i.e., balancing the proportion of blouse to sweater, avoiding unwanted bulk, etc.) This two-in-one English Factory sweater takes all the guesswork out and its under-$100 price is pretty sweet, too.
