I'm planning to mix up my short summer dress routine with a few long, relaxed, and flowy maxis, especially ones that bare some leg (or a shoulder or two). This season's long dresses are all about strategically-placed cut-outs that show just the right amount skin. I particularly adore these by Lisa Marie Fernandez, Fendi (on sale!), Mara Hoffman, Stone Cold Fox, Equipment, and Tibi.
