Clearly, spring has not arrived yet, with more snow blanketing the Northeast and rain storming in the west. To refresh my jacket weather style, I'm going to take cues from these pics and try belting the ones I have in rotation and perhaps just springing for one that's already cinched, like these lovelies from Massimo Dutti, (above), Maje, J.Crew, Iro, Joie, Saint Laurent and Rouje.
