Coco and I escaped to Costa Palmas, Mexico, this past week, where we mixed business (shooting our next Ouiwant campaigns) and pleasure (bobbing in the bath-like Sea of Cortez). Tranquil and secluded, the new 1000-acre beautifully-designed beachfront resort is surrounded by organic orchards and farms, an 18-hole golf course, and desolate stretches of white sand. It's been a while since I've taken a decadent vacation (thank you, Covid-19), so I felt even more grateful for the luxuries of room service, sunset swims, and fluffed pillows before bed. Plus, Costa Palmas takes luxe to another level: Every detail from the poolside bar pillows to the beach club bathroom tiles to its in-room ice bucket is uniquely resplendent and masterfully thought-out. Coco and I could barely take two steps without whipping out our phones to take pictures. If you go, which I highly recommend you do ASAP, make sure to check out the stunning spa (the tiled pools and sumptuous relaxation area), The Nursery's delicious farm-to-table dining, and every breathtakingly beautiful nook and cranny of Milos.
