It's been a while since I last thought about wearing a bib necklace. A search on Le Catch reveals the exact date was January 2, 2013, when I wrote this post. However, from the current look of things in Paris, statement necklaces will now be top of mind--and front and center. Chloe's show yesterday ushered out bold and bohemian-spirited statement necklaces, brandished over coats or balanced by delicate lace.
