I posted this pic on my Instagram Stories last week and I am still getting DM's, inquiring about the provenance of my dress. So, I thought I'd officially broadcast the answer: it's by Dorothee Schumacher and available here. I plan to wear it with boots and a big chunky cardigan when the weather cools down. My friend, Ali Larter, who just debuted her new wine label Forever Gold (we were out celebrating the launch!), is wearing a pretty wrap Zimmermann.

I think everyone has seen me in my Chanel PVC-vamp slides, since I've literally worn them almost every day for the last few years. But that's about to change thanks to this new pair from Prada, which I just pre-ordered here and plan to wear over and over and over again! On the subject of non-stop wardrobe staples, I've been wearing the cute cotton blouson top, below, and these super flattering, super comfy wide-leg jeans from Andrea's Lookbook x Joe's Jeans on repeat. No joke, everyday since the collab launched last week!

Sale season is officially in full swing--and, no surprise here, I'm ready for it! Party season is kicking off a little earlier this year! At least for me. I've been social butterfly-ing non-stop since the start of the month--and marathon-dressing for it. Among the gems I've taken out: the Jonathan Simkhai, above, and this pleated Ulla Johnson, both to rave reviews. With holiday soirees on the horizon--and further incentivized by Net-A-Porter's Friends and Family Sale (it's the last day!)--I'm looking into some new dresses to wow. This morning I went on a long run with my twin sister, whom I've not seen in over a month. She had lots of juicy and random discoveries to share, including the crazy yummy clam pizza at Pasquale Jones, Breathless at the Film Forum, and her new $34 go-to jeans from H&M, above. After our run, I ran straight to the source to snag a pair for myself and also discovered the party-ready sequin mini, below, the cute crochet balaclava, the borg-collared denim jacket, the striped mohair sweater.

Call me crazy, but I think Zara's riff on The Row's current cult shawl jacket is better, more wearable--and obvious, way more affordable! The coat-meets-cardigan can be thrown over everything, the type of thing I'd live in for days on end. But then again, I could also live in the

Friends flew in from New York City this past weekend, and it was non-stop, action-packed fun: surfing Little Dume, sushi at Blue Ribbon, drinks at The Beverly Hills Hotel, and an epic Saturday night dance party. Blazers are bigger than ever this fall--both literally and figuratively! They dominated the streets of Paris during fashion week, and coats and jackets, are following suit, large and in charge. I want to invest in this Sacai jacket (or this one--I can't decide), as I know I will wear it over and over and over again. I also think the fringed H&M poncho, last pic, is a good idea!
