summer stripes
Wednesday, June 4
Stripes are a perennial favorite for me but there's something about summer that brings out their full charm. Whether it's a classic Breton tee, a crisp button-down (Matteau, below, and no-fail J.Crew), or a seaside-ready sundress (Simon Miller, above), stripes shine brightest under the sun. This season, they're making a nostalgic comeback: old-school black-and-white combos, rugby-style tops (yes to this and this for $35!), and retro-inspired silhouettes that nod to old-school prep and Riviera glam. It’s less bold-and-graphic, more timeless-and-tailored. It's as easy as this, this, this, this and this. P.S. I love the white bandana scarf/belt, below.

Tuesday, June 3
It's one of those Tuesdays: It's 9:58AM, I’m still in my sweaty tennis clothes from my early morning hitting session (glamorous, no. honest, yes), my laptop is a minefield of browser tabs all vying for attention, and I’m supposed to be downtown (read: the other side of the universe) dressed in this—by noon. So rather than attempt to untangle the web of inspiration, screenshots, links, and half-formed thoughts currently swirling around my desktop (and my brain), I’m just going to show you what I want to share today. No editorial gymnastics. Just: this. Because it’s good. And sometimes, that’s enough.
Doen's lace silk shorts, above and below, are in order. I love these because they're a little longer and under $100!
Posse gingham shorts with loafers. Yes and yes.
My new Dorsey paracord necklace and Thatch heart pendant in Tiger's Eye for grounding energy! My blouse is vibing current Gucci, but I actually snapped it up last year in Milan.
The Mango jacket I want to wear all through June Gloom and beyond--over pretty dresses.
I'm waiting for these Zara sandals to arrive.
Yes to this metal beads and crochet combo at Asos.
More metal mettle for $128 at Anthropologie. Size up! And now I have to put the pedal to the metal and go!
undone summer
Monday, June 2
Matteau’s Instagram has me plotting a summer straight out of its feed: South of France girls trips, breezy afternoons that melt into golden evenings, and a suitcase full of broderie dresses (below), string bikinis, and print button-downs that somehow always look better slightly rumpled. It's not only a vibe--it’s a lifestyle. It’s effortless elegance with a passport stamp. Catch me chasing that energy all season long--or at least dressing like I am with these additional (under $200) accents from J.Crew, Free People, For Love & Lemons, and River Island (looks so much like Chloe).

safe haven
Saturday, May 31
My sister has a way of capturing exactly how I feel when I wear Haven Well Within. Most of the photos here are hers, taken in Anguilla not too long ago, and they reflect the same feeling the clothes give me: grounded, at ease, a kind of effortless calm. The clothes seriously feel like a deep exhale. Nothing forced, nothing extra. Take for example: the linen halter dress, above, the gauze blouse and the open stitch pullover, below. One photo (the one of me) clearly isn’t hers—but I included it because when I’m in these clothes--the one-shoulder suit and sarong---I transition into a serene world she frames so beautifully. See the summer collection here.
maycember milieu
Friday, May 30
A sure sign of a good party is almost no photos, and that's exactly why I am sharing this random one from last night's Le Catch x Clare V celebration chez moi! I can also share with you what we all talked about: Maycember and the end-of-school-year marathon of events and milestones, Sirens and Pulse, my new favorite miracle serum (I swear, it works!), Staci Woo's amazing Palisades sweatshirts (see my IG Stories), fringe and more fringe (here, here, and here, below), The Knicks (yay for winning!), the sumptuousness of Guest in Residence (as seen on Candace Nelson last night), and the festive but still practical nature of my TWP blouse and my Thatch Jewelry heart that everyone understandably wants for $100, above. Happy Last Weekend in May!
plus c'est plus
Thursday, May 29
It’s here!! My tenth LE CATCH x Clare V collab just launched today—and it might be the most fun yet. This one celebrates the “more is more” spirit of summer: playful, bold, and sun-drenched with a much-needed dose of whimsy. Think Santa Monica Canyon meets vintage Côte d’Azur with all that effortless California ease we love so much--and a whole lot of saying yes! The two bags--a woven leather tote, above, and a fringed leather and canvas bucket bag, below--plus straps, a bag charm, cap and bandana all channel that kick-back-and-relax vibe that defines the best kind of summer days. We’ve come a long way since our first collab, and if you’ve been collecting since drop one, you know each edition tells a story—and they always go fast! Please check out the collection here! I can't wait for you to see it!
