My blood may have thinned from living in LA, but trust me, the cold is real in New York City right now. Thank goodness for this season's long cardigan. I stole one from my sister's Tribeca apartment closet and wore it all weekend long! Not only is it a great layering piece and endlessly versatile, but it's also, most importantly, super cozy. I'd happily weather winter in any of these options by Kule (pictured, above), Miu Miu (last snap), Brochu Walker, J.Crew, Gucci, Vince, and Ganni.

People, I kid you not when I say I have found the holy grail of white t-shirts! This rare gem, pictured above, by The Reformation, is silky soft, slightly sheer (in a refined way), perfectly-cut, and infinitely versatile. And it's actually a bodysuit, which keeps it from untucking and looking sloppy. I am also not kidding when I say I snapped up two of them because I can't wash them fast enough! I plan to keep wearing them well into winter with these Veronica Beard leather pants, this Ganni wrap skirt, and this sharp wool Mango blazer. (P.S. My monogrammed phone case, which always rakes in compliments, is from Minnie and Emma.

This sequined statement arrived just in time for my trip back to NYC this weekend (hello, high school reunion!) It's seriously insane--and bound to go in a blink of an eye!

Yesterday afternoon I was reminded how chic (read: essential) leopard print heels are at--of all places--my son's flag football game. A CEO friend of mine had on a pair that seductively/successfully meowed from the sidelines.

Found: the slouchy, goes-with-everything, you-never-want-to-take-it-off, cozy tutleneck sweater! For those who could use more than one (me!), it comes in six different colors, plus costs under $150. Faux fur will be once again flying this winter, but this time it's all about its likeness to the real thing. The length is also short and sweet--wearable with both dresses and pants. I'm in! And could cozy up in any of these versions from Staud (below, on sale!), Topshop, And Other Stories, J.Crew, and Nili Lotan.

I gotta say Pixie Market is making fall dressing look effortless yet extra chic--in other words, so up my alley. (P.S. This is not a paid post--just the plain old truth!) Any of these outfits would have me up and running, without a fortune spent or pre-work brain damage. And I love how you can them piecemeal, too, both on and off-duty. What more can you want? Well into fall, floral dresses are still blooming everywhere, and I'm going to keep wearing mine with wintry midi/knee-high boots, such as these, these and these. Recently, I snapped up this Asos floral dress, this Mango (Marni-ish) midi and this byTimo lace-trimmed gem. I'd also love to add into my rotation these lovelies from Le Superbe, BB Dakota (with a oversized black blazer over it), and Self Portrait. P.S. The dress/boot combo might just be the easiest get-up-and-go-chic uniform of all time!
