A new "it" bag always emerges during fashion week, but this year it's not just one bag garnering all the attention, it's one designer: Loewe. The Spain-based brand has lured in the front-row set with both its timeless and unconventional silhouettes. I went to a birthday party over the weekend, where there was lots to talk about: summer experiences, back-to-school jitters, the upcoming presidential debates--and the new ring a friend was sporting. It wasn't an engagement ring but it might as well have been given all the chatter it prompted. The ring was sculptural, unusual looking, absolutely awesome. Very much like this ring!
