You may recall that I bought a Harvey Faircloth like this last summer and wore it non-stop through fall and spring. This year, I've invested in the version, above, trimmed with faux fur and poised to be glued to my body!

My recent busier-than-usual schedule has demanded what I call lazy dressing: an easy but fail-proof uniform of jeans, a simple top and a statement jacket. The jacket instantly adds a stylish, spring-y zest--and basically camouflages the simplicity (read: lack of effort) underneath. My go-to has been a Chloe-inspired embroidered bomber (similar to above; I also love this ). Because this topper has been such a wardrobe lifesaver, I thought I'd seek out some other options to put on repeat. Plus, I have a hunch you'd appreciate some of these possibilities, too! This jean jacket takes the cake for originality and cuteness! I've been wearing it like this...

Parisian fashion-goers may be flitting around on fumes after a month of show-going, but they're not yet low on style, as evidenced here. However, all the trophy jackets they're trotting out makes me think they're cutting corners, because they simply have to throw one on and, voila, they're dressed. I'd like to employ this very same effortless-dressing strategy in my non-Paris-runway-show-going but still very hectic life, with the following jackets by , , , , , and .
