Ever since I spotted Milan-based blogger Tamu McPherson at Paris Fashion Week in this chic sweater-over-skirt outfit, I've searched high and low for a similar looking extra-long, side-slit pullover that I could throw over one of the many pleated skirts I have in my own closet.
