It's all about a pointy-toe pump this fall, so I bought these (baby) kitten heels to kick up everything from jeans to skirts. They're everyday-running-around compatible and come in a variety of colors, but the French Burgundy, above, beams with sleek vibes.

I sized up (to a size 10!) for a more casual, camp-collar shirt vibe to wear with jeans; unbuttoned and cardigan-style over tank tops and slip dresses; and later on, under roomy crewneck sweaters with the studded collar peeking out!

Yesterday I wore an embroidered blouse and was complimented everywhere I went from Erewhon to the Brentwood Country Mart to a Zoom call. Now I'm poised for heaps more praise with the , above. Everyone will think it's vintage Chloe and I might just let them. ;)

I've always appreciated the timelessness and versatility of a button-down shirt. Mine have always gotten a ton of wear, including on the tennis court yesterday (!), which has not only deepened my gratitude for this wardrobe staple but has whet my appetite for more.
