Yep, denim shorts are still a must for this coming warm-weather season, however, this time around they're super short, high-waisted and distressed. Got that? I've identified the best options currently in the market, as I am in desperate need of a pair (or two!). They are by Levi's, below, Zara, above, Citizens of Humanity, and 7 For All Mankind.

Different times call for different routines, hence I'll be swapping out my usual straw hat for one that's a little more fun and unique! One that will cap off my look with a punctuation mark, like the statement-making Gucci denim bucket hat, above, or the floral Free People, below. Or these from Hat Attack, Loeffler Randall, and Chloe!

Hard to believe this snap was taken almost two years ago, because the clothes we're wearing still look very much up to date today! Hence: keepers in my book! I received a ton of DM's yesterday inquiring about the provenance of Coco's white blouse, above. It is by Rebecca Taylor and long sold out, but I found similar stunners from Rixo, Intermix, Anthropologie (or this) and Jonathan Simkhai. All wardrobe stalwarts!

Lately, my Hawaiian girlfriends--A.K.A., my favorite swimwear pros--have been working bodysuit-like one-pieces that go from surf breaks to supermarket shopping and everywhere in between. These flattering yet versatile pieces work with their denim cut-offs, skirts and under dresses. Their outfits could not be easier--and yet come off so stylish too! Remember last year when it seemed like everyone was wearing head-to-toe griege? This season, those muted tones have given way to more vibrant, uplifting shades and eye-popping prints--which makes me happy! Somehow I managed to lose TWO pairs of sandals in Hawaii last week. I quickly made up for the loss with these new chained cuties from Zara, above, Chloe!
