My battle plan for hot and sticky: this easy, breezy romper! Cut with a slightly oversized fit in lightweight cotton, this one-and-done wonder goes from the beach with these sandals by Havianas or Balenciaga to the city in these chic flats by Margaux.
dressed for success
Monday, July 22
My weekend kicked off with a stylish start at BeautyCounter's lunch, celebrating the launch of Countertime (new cleanly formulated skincare that's gonna help me get better with age!), and dressing up with other beauties. I whipped out a recently-purchased Asos frock, which solicited the kind of gushing compliments that would send me straight back to the source to mine for more. And plenty more there was: I discovered this floral treat, the leopard-print gem and this cute checked maxi!

the loafer
Thursday, July 18
Earlier this month in Paris, when Chanel paired haute couture dresses with simple black loafers (see last pic) on the runway, a trend was born. Now Fall's must-have shoe--the loafer--is on the streets, stepping out with everything from jeans and cut-off shorts to miniskirts and feminine dresses. I'm obsessed with Chanel's wear-with-everything, forever-chic offering, but also love these sleek and less expensive options from Steven (similar-looking to Chanel, below), Madewell, Stuart Weitzman, Sam Edelman, and Gucci.

dress for less
Tuesday, July 16
It's no secret that I own lots (and lots) of dresses, but the ones I love most are the ones that cost me the least. One of them is a two-year-old H&M dress, above, which I like to wear as a bathing suit cover-up (i.e. sheer, without its slip). It racked up so many compliments in the Hamptons this past weekend, I decided dig up other under-$100 (beach-to-bar) dresses, which you can wear now and summers beyond. So far, I found this flower-print H&M (similar to above), this paisley Mango (and this short one), this floral Asos, this boho Shein, and this super cute gingham English Factory dress, below, for $73!!
cold call
Monday, July 15
My seemingly endless Instagram feed of friends in warm-weather destinations came to a screeching halt this morning when Arielle Charnas, above, popped up, wearing THE Orolay winter coat that blanketed the Upper East Side last year. It's cute! It's chic! It's $139! And today it's available on Amazon's Prime Day. So, I bought it, of course--and I'll be patting my back come cold weather!
clare v x le catch
Saturday, July 13
My summer would not be complete without a bag collab with Clare Vivier! For the third year in a row, we've teamed up to create cuteness to carry all year round, and this time our design seriously delivers with its roomy-enough-for-everything bucket shape, chic ribbon handles, and practical chain shoulder strap (so you can wear messenger style). Plus, per usual, it can be made distinctly yours with a hand-painted, choose-your-color monogram. We did the bag in lustrous white and tangy orange! You know the drill by now: get it before goes here!

My sale edit: this now-and-later print Topshop dress, these Sam Edelman knee high boots, this back-to-work Tibi wrap dress, this faux fur Kenneth Cole coat, and this Something Navy leopard-print slip skirt. Check out EVERYTHING here.

farm rio
Thursday, July 11
If you like print dresses, you're going to LOVE Farm Rio. Trust me, this Brazilian brand has punchy colors and eye-popping patterns completely nailed--and the price point is "bom!" (Pretty much everything is under $250.) I checked out its just-opened pop-up yesterday in Century City and, I kid you not, tried on half the store's offerings. I even had sales assistants bring me out stuff from the back that hadn't made it on to the floor yet! I (finally) left laden with summer dresses for days and nights, including the one-shoulder knockout, above, this chic white linen jumpsuit, and this wrap dress, below! But, I'm afraid to say, that's not all: When I returned home, I scoured the internet for more Farm Rio fabulousness and found some additional super cute styles on Shopbop, like this embroidered lovely (I bought the last small, sorry!) and this sexy jumpsuit. Check it out for yourself here. (P.S. Farm Rio has a new flagship store on Prince Street in NYC.)
