A hooded parka makes this striped dress foul weather-proof, and it's more relaxed than a belted trench coat. The outfit is rainy day perfection--and I want to work it, too. I'm thinking I'll make a dress like this one, since I don't know where the one pictured is from (anybody?), with help from designer and my friend Minnie Mortimer, who masters the striped dress. I'll just add some leather squares for pockets and voila. I found a similar hooded parka here, for $100, no less.
