A hooded parka makes this striped dress foul weather-proof, and it's more relaxed than a belted trench coat. The outfit is rainy day perfection--and I want to work it, too. I'm thinking I'll make a dress like this one, since I don't know where the one pictured is from (anybody?), with help from designer and my friend , who masters the striped dress. I'll just add some leather squares for pockets and voila. I found a similar hooded parka , for $100, no less.
