Copenhagen-based designer Jeanette Madsen works leather like no one else. She manages to make it look everyday easy, subbing it in where casual denim would otherwise be, and the effect is both polished yet practical. (She makes the case for faux leather, too!) Her affinity for relaxed, right-now silhouettes is key to pulling things off, anchoring outfits with leather lovelies like the , below, and the , last pic. Inspired, I just snapped up these recycled leather pants (under $300!) to work my own case. I love all the colors they come in.
