With the commencement of New York Fashion Week just days away, I am (obsessively) mulling over what to pack. Obviously, this is the time to bust out my wardrobe finest and showboat those statement accessories. This is also the time when I crave new dream outfits that include NYC-chic yet chill-proof accoutrements.
