The other day in Paris, the Neiman Marcus fashion director spectacularly teamed a sexy peekaboo turtleneck with baggy trousers. (Note: she cleverly tucked the knit into her pants to minimize the cut-out.) Next, she paired an asymmetrical top and to dramatic effect!
