All packed and wheels up to New York Fashion Week—but in a very un-me move, I’m rolling in with checked luggage. Who even am I? Somehow, I managed to fit seven handbags and at least five pairs of shoes (why, I do not know) while ruthlessly editing out a four-pound suede skirt at the eleventh hour. Thank goodness I did, because my bag weighed in at 47 pounds—just three shy of the dreaded heavy baggage fee. Meant to be?
