I vividly remember stealing my mother's Ann Taylor trousers to wear during my college internship at People Magazine, as if it happened just yesterday. Well, just yesterday, she wanted payback by appropriating my brand new Theory trousers, above. She acknowledged their flattering fit, the luxuriously soft and lightweight, non-itchy wool, and the gorgeous navy (a perfect neutral!)--all rare qualities to find one pair of pants! Even my twin sister asked to borrow them for an upcoming trip to Rome. Sorry, get your own, because I'll be wearing mine non-stop with everything from denim (Blaze Milano, pictured), polished blazers (Theory) and even simple boxy tees. Finally, we can all call off the search for the best-fitting, infinitely versatile trousers.
