I am not one of the 230 million Americans bracing for severe winter weather this weekend, but I am thinking of everyone who is—stay safe, stay warm! Good luck to my sister flying to New York from Miami on Saturday night—and to American Airlines’s customer service team. I’ll be at a high school volleyball tournament, hunkering down, keeping things easy and light—to the best of my ability!
